Spencer Albert Smith was born in Vancouver on August 25th, 1958. He passed away March 6, 2012 at Queen’s Park Care Centre in New Westminster. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, March 20th, 2012 at Garden Hill Funeral Chapel. Pastor Rod Shearing officiating.
