Obituary of Tim Franklin

Timothy John Franklin

August 1, 1955 – July 15, 2019

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Timothy John Franklin at the age of 63.  Tim passed away on July 15, 2019 after a long battle with many health issues. 

Tim will be remembered for his forever smile, kindness and good nature.  He was an equipment operator with School District #42 for 45 years and looked forward to going to work everyday with his co-workers. 

He loved golfing and watching short-track car racing and had many friends with which to share the good times in both of these sports.

Tim will be greatly missed by his family, friends and co-workers.  He is survived by his three brothers including Barry (Terry), Russ (Cherie) and Bill (Leslie), his nieces Jennifer (Scott), Michelle (Kevin) and Collette (Jeff) and nephews Chad and Jason (Dawn) and 7 grandnieces and nephews.   “Uncle Tim” was always a warm and welcome guest at all of the family birthdays and special occasions.

A celebration of life will be held for Tim at Garden Hill Funeral Home on August 16^th, 2019 at 2:00 pm.
