Hello Fred,
we lost contact, however, only in writing, not on mind!
By accident and as it happened I struggled upon this page in the internet, and although it is already more than a year ago since Barb died I shall not hesitate to send you my sincerest condolence.
With fondest thoughts

I will miss a truly wonderful person. She was a bright burning light that still burns in many of our hearts. I know I will always remember the times I had growing up with her and your family. I wish I could have made it to the service but I learned of it too late.
My thoughts are with you Mr Nienaber, James, Gord and the rest of your family and friends
Sincerely Sheldon Dwyer… the other kid who grew up in and around your Richmond home

Words hardly express our feeling of loss. Our heartfelt sympathy to Fred, James, Gordon and family and Barb’s family. We counted Barb as a long time and much loved friend. We had happy times together, she was such a warm host and we even shared camping adventures. Fred, we think of you every day. Rest as you you can, nourish yourself and walk in the sunshine on bright days – find solace in music, your memories and good friends of which you have many.
