I was sorry to hear of Red’s passing. I first met him over 50 years ago when I was just a kid driving gravel truck and I would bump into him at the Coquitlam Lafarge gravel pit. Years later we would be neighbours down the street from one another.My kids all grew up knowing him as “Farmer Brown”, from all the years he hayed the fields behind our house. He always had a smile,a kind word or a story to tell to everyone he met. My condolences to the family——I’m sure he will be missed.
