So nice to see the new generations of Daykins picking up the torch, and leading life’s that their father must have so proud of!
A wonderful Celebration Of Life!

June and family
Robbie and I cannot express how shocked and saddened we were to hear of the Lord calling Norm home. We feel particularly bad that we didn’t hear of Norm’s passing until late Friday afternoon, therefore not able to attend his service. We pray that the Lord will reach down and touch you all with His peace and comfort. We look back in fondness at our early days at Burnett. You and Norm were the first ones to reach out in friendship and make us feel welcome. We look to the day we will all be together in Glory.
In His love
Ted and Robbie

I just read the obit in the paper. What a legacy Norm left. And what a wonderful man. This community is a better place for his contribution. We are better people from his example.

Dear June and Family: I first met the Daykin family at the old Baptist Church on Dewdney Trunk Road adjacent to the cemetery. Norm’s twin, Gladys, was my sister-in-law. We all went through elementary and high schools together. Norm was instrumental in getting two high school reunions organized along with Ray Ranta and others, including you, June. Without your work we would have missed out on much reminiscing and fond memories. My thoughts go out to all of you at this sad time. Norm will be missed, not only by the family, but by the many friends he made over the years. I hope you will find comfort
in knowing that Norm was held in high esteem by many people. My deepest sympathy in your loss. Sincerely, Billie Jo Imlach, Campbell River, B. C.
