Obituary of Valerie (Val) Medley
Valerie (Val) Merle Medley, 72, of Mission, BC, passed away peacefully on November 5, 2019 in Mission, BC.

Funeral service will be held at Garden Hill Funeral Chapel on Saturday, November 9, 2019 at 10:30 am. Garden Hill Funeral Chapel will be handling the funeral arrangements.

Val was born in Vancouver, BC to Archie and Merle Fraser on March 13, 1947. She went to high school at Lord Byng Secondary and graduated in 1965. She and Rick met playing in the Beefeater Band together.

Val is survived by her husband, Rick Medley, of Mission, BC, children, Shawn (Catherine), Lisa (Rob), brother, Keith (Pat), grandchildren Dana, Tavis, and Brianna, niece, Angela (Justin) and great nephew, Atlas.

She is predeceased by her parents, Archie and Merle Fraser. The family would like to extend their gratitude to the amazing staff at the Christine Morrison Hospice in Mission, BC and all the nurses at Mission Memorial Hospital who took care of Val.
