My favourite memory is of Carla and I visiting Eddie one time when he and Joey Finney were manning the Eagle’s trailer selling Christmas trees on likely the rainiest day of the year. Ever social, he hosted us in the little trailer, a round of rum balls, a cup of coffee. No trees sold but a good time had by all none the less!
