I never met Steven but heard lots of stories about him from Adrian, my husband and Steven’s cousin. He sounds like a fine man. Lots of love from all our family here in Windsor.

Am sorry to hear about the passing of Steve Welch. He was always friendly and approachable during the years we have known each other. Others describe him as gentle and that word does fit him. I’ve also heard recently about his quiet generosity.
