Dear Meike, Martin and family,
I have a great memory of Chris, one that you captured in the obituary. As a new Rotarian many years ago, I visited the Haney Club where Chris was a fixture. Out of the people I met that evening, Chris stood out with his warm, cheerful manner. As I got to know Chris more over the years, it became clear that he was cheerful to the core. such an apt motto he had for himself about making today a good day. Kind of like Winnie the Pooh, who said, "Today, ah yes, my favourite day." I wish you comfort during this difficult time. Patrick O'Brien
