Gerardus (Gerry) Rijkers passed away November 1, 2022 in Maple Ridge, BC at the age of 94. He will be sadly missed by his many nieces and nephews in BC, Netherlands and Australia. Gerry came to Canada from the Netherlands as a young man, and spent most of his working career as a gardener. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus. Evening prayers will be at 5:30 pm on Nov. 23/22, with the funeral service following on Nov. 24/22 at 1 pm, all to be held at St. Patrick's church in Maple Ridge. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Covenant House.
